The xTool X1 Fiber Versatile Bundle combines three laser technologies with two practical accessories. The 55W CO2 laser cuts wood, acrylic and other compatible materials, the 20W Diode Galvo Module enables high-speed precision engraving, and the 30W fiber laser provides permanent metal marking and relief engraving capabilities.

With the included RA3 Rotary Attachment, you can personalize cylindrical products. The Intelligent Conveyor Feeder also allows you to process longer materials.

55W CO2 Laser for Cutting and Engraving

The 55W CO2 laser is particularly suitable for wood, MDF, clear and colored acrylic, leather, paper and cardboard.

Applications include wooden decorations, acrylic displays, signage, packaging and personalized products.

The standard working area measures 615 × 320 mm, with a maximum CO2 processing speed of 600 mm/s.

According to xTool, the machine can cut up to 18 mm basswood and 20 mm acrylic under suitable conditions. Actual performance depends on the material and laser settings.

20W Diode Galvo for Speed and Fine Details

The included 20W Diode Galvo Module adds a second laser technology for high-speed precision engraving.

With Hybrid Motion, machine movement and galvo mirrors work together to achieve engraving speeds up to 6,000 mm/s.

Typical applications include fine logos, illustrations, text and patterns on compatible materials such as wood, leather and dark acrylic.

The diode galvo also provides the required foundation for the 30W fiber laser through xTool Laser Swap.

30W Fiber Laser for Metal Products

The 30W Fiber Laser Source enables direct, permanent markings on many compatible metals.

• Metal drinking bottles and tumblers

• Serial numbers, logos and identification codes

• Decorative patterns and relief structures

The fiber laser has a spot size of approximately 0.05 × 0.05 mm and supports a maximum processing speed of 6,000 mm/s.

Actual results and engraving depth depend on the material, surface finish and settings.

RA3 Rotary Attachment for Cylindrical Products

One of the main advantages of the Versatile Bundle is the included xTool RA3 Rotary Attachment.

The RA3 rotates compatible cylindrical objects during engraving, allowing text, logos and patterns to be applied around their surfaces.

The RA3 features the MagSwap system, supporting different rotary configurations.

The best laser source and rotary setup depend on the material, shape and desired result.

Intelligent Conveyor Feeder for Longer Materials

The included xTool X1 Intelligent Conveyor Feeder allows you to process materials that are longer than the machine's standard working area.

The conveyor feeds material through the laser in a controlled way, enabling designs to extend across a greater length.

Typical applications include:

• Longer wooden panels

• Signage and display projects

• Elongated acrylic parts

• Larger decorative designs

• Repeating patterns and text

With a suitable conveyor setup, materials up to approximately 300 cm long can be processed. Additional conveyor rails may be required.

The conveyor primarily adds flexibility for longer workpieces processed with the CO2 laser. This does not mean that every fiber laser process supports the same extended length.

Important: according to xTool, the X1 operates as a Class 4 laser device when used with the Intelligent Conveyor Feeder. Additional safety measures and trained operators are required.

Permanent Marking and Metal Relief

The 30W fiber laser supports text, logos, QR codes, serial numbers and decorative engraving on compatible metal components.

Deeper engraving and three-dimensional relief structures are also possible.

For dedicated metal embossing, xTool specifies a maximum working area of 415 × 225 mm with a suitable Dust Hood for Embossing. This accessory is not part of the standard Versatile configuration.

For advanced color marking and more demanding metal processing with expanded pulse control, the xTool X1 MOPA Bundle is an interesting alternative.

The Versatile Bundle adds capabilities for cylindrical products and longer materials.

Combined with LiDAR ranging and autofocus, these features help position materials and align designs accurately.
