xTool xTool X1 UV Bundle – 55W CO2 Laser Cutter with 20W Diode Galvo and 5W UV Laser

xTool X1 UV Bundle – Three Laser Technologies for Cutting and Precision Engraving
The xTool X1 UV Bundle combines three laser technologies in one modular laser system. The 55W CO2 laser is designed for powerful cutting and engraving, the 20W Diode Galvo Module enables high-speed precision engraving, and the additional 5W UV laser supports ultra-fine engraving on materials such as glass, crystal and various heat-sensitive surfaces.
This combination allows you to create and personalize a wide variety of products without needing a separate machine for every laser technology. Typical applications include wooden decorations, acrylic displays, engraved promotional gifts, crystal awards and technical components with detailed markings.
The X1 UV Bundle is suitable for creative businesses, engraving companies, signmakers, design studios and companies looking to expand into UV laser engraving and internal engraving in glass.

The package also includes the standard accessories supplied by xTool with this configuration.
Not included in this bundle:
RA3 Rotary Attachment
Intelligent Conveyor Feeder
X1 Mobile Work Stand
SafetyPro AP2 Air Purifier
30W fiber laser source
60W MOPA laser source
These accessories are available separately or included in more extensive X1 bundles.
55W CO2 Laser for Wood, Acrylic and More
The xTool X1 features a 55W CO2 laser for cutting and engraving a wide range of materials.
CO2 laser technology is particularly suitable for wood, MDF, clear and colored acrylic, leather, paper, cardboard and other compatible non-metal materials.
Typical applications include:
Wooden decorations and personalized products
Acrylic displays, lettering and signage
Packaging, architectural models and prototypes
Leather accessories and labels
Components for creative and technical applications
The machine offers a standard working area of 615 × 320 mm and a maximum CO2 processing speed of 600 mm/s.
According to xTool, the X1 can cut up to 18 mm basswood and 20 mm acrylic under suitable conditions. Actual cutting performance depends on material properties, settings and processing conditions.
20W Diode Galvo for High-Speed Precision Engraving
In addition to the CO2 laser, this bundle includes a 20W Diode Galvo Module.
The module uses xTool Hybrid Motion technology, combining machine movement with galvo mirrors. This enables detailed engraving at speeds up to 6,000 mm/s.
The diode galvo is particularly useful for fine text, logos, illustrations and patterns on suitable materials such as wood, leather and dark acrylic.
Marking certain painted or coated metal surfaces is also possible.
By combining the CO2 laser and diode galvo, you can cut a wooden product and then add detailed engraving without moving the workpiece to a separate machine.
The 20W Diode Galvo Module also provides the required foundation for the Laser Swap system used by the included UV laser source.
5W UV Laser for Glass, Crystal and Fine Details
The main advantage of the X1 UV Bundle is its additional 5W UV laser source.
UV laser technology enables highly detailed engraving with relatively low thermal impact on the material. This makes it useful for materials that can be more challenging to process precisely with conventional CO2 or diode lasers.
Typical applications include:
Fine engraving on compatible glass and crystal objects
Internal engraving in transparent crystal awards
Detailed marking of technical plastics
Small text, logos and identification codes
Marking suitable electronic components
Personalization of delicate or heat-sensitive surfaces
According to xTool, the 5W UV laser has a laser spot size of approximately 0.017 × 0.017 mm, enabling extremely fine details.
Actual results depend on the material, processing parameters and accurate focusing.
Internal Engraving in Glass and Crystal
A particularly interesting application of the 5W UV laser is internal engraving inside compatible transparent glass and crystal.
Instead of focusing on the outer surface, the laser is focused on specific points inside the material. This makes it possible to create text, logos, images and three-dimensional structures within a crystal object while leaving the outer surface intact.
This makes the X1 UV Bundle interesting for personalized crystal awards, promotional gifts, commemorative items and decorative glass products.
Not every type of glass is suitable for internal engraving. Material composition, clarity and optical properties are especially important. Compatible optical crystal, including certain K9 crystal products, is a suitable starting point.
The dimensions of the object, refractive index and precise positioning also affect the final result.
UV Laser Engraving with Reduced Heat Impact
Traditional laser processing often generates considerable heat at the point of interaction. UV laser technology enables fine processing with reduced thermal impact.
This can provide advantages when working with plastics, small technical components and products where precise details or minimal discoloration are important.
Examples include product markings, identification codes, small logos, electronic components and personalized accessories.
The xTool X1 UV Bundle is therefore also suitable for users interested in technical engraving applications alongside creative projects.
Please note that a UV laser is different from a UV printer. The X1 UV does not print full-color images using ink. Instead, it engraves or marks the material using laser light.
Three Laser Technologies in One Workflow
The X1 UV Bundle allows you to combine different processes within a single laser platform.
For example, you can:
Cut a wooden product using the CO2 laser
Add a logo or detailed pattern using the diode galvo
Apply fine UV engraving to a compatible glass or crystal component
Combining these capabilities creates a versatile machine for product personalization, prototypes, decorations and technical applications.
The Laser Swap system allows additional laser sources to be connected, with one external UV, MOPA or fiber source connected at a time.
Large Working Area and Accurate Positioning
The xTool X1 offers a standard surface processing area of 615 × 320 mm.
This makes the machine suitable for individual products, larger designs and processing multiple items within one job.
Specialized applications such as internal glass engraving have different processing dimensions, depending on factors including engraving depth and the optical properties of the material.
The xTool X1 uses the ACS camera system, which includes:
8MP overview camera
12MP close-up camera
Ranging camera
LiDAR ranging
Autofocus
With xTool Studio, you can prepare designs, position materials and control the different laser processes.
For transparent materials, particularly UV internal engraving, correct material settings and specialized focusing procedures are especially important.
What Is the Difference from the X1 CO2 + Diode Galvo?
The X1 CO2 + Diode Galvo and X1 UV Bundle feature the same 55W CO2 laser and 20W Diode Galvo Module.
The difference is the additional 5W UV laser source.
| Feature | X1 CO2 + Diode Galvo | X1 UV Bundle |
