Raise3D Hyper Speed PLA Pro is an advanced PLA composite engineered for the Hyper FFF® ecosystem. The carbon-powder formulation yields a premium matte, carbon-like finish with nearly invisible layer lines—ideal when speed and appearance both matter. Designed for ultra-fast printing (up to ~500 mm/s) without sacrificing dimensional accuracy, it offers higher stiffness, tensile strength and impact resistance than standard PLA, making it a reliable choice for functional prototypes and technical parts.

Recommended Print Settings

• Nozzle: 210–220 °C

• Bed: ~55 °C

• Drying: 60 °C for 8–12 hours

• Use a hardened steel nozzle for prolonged use (carbon additives can wear brass)
