55W CO2 Laser for Wood, Acrylic and More

The xTool X1 features a 55W CO2 laser for cutting and engraving a wide variety of materials. CO2 laser technology is particularly suitable for wood, MDF, clear and colored acrylic, leather, paper, cardboard and other compatible non-metal materials.

Typical applications include:

According to xTool, the X1 can cut up to 18 mm basswood and 20 mm acrylic under suitable conditions. Actual cutting performance depends on material properties, settings and processing conditions.

The standard surface processing area measures 615 × 320 mm, with a maximum CO2 processing speed of 600 mm/s.

20W Diode Galvo for High-Speed Precision Engraving

In addition to the CO2 laser, this configuration includes a 20W Diode Galvo Module, providing a second laser technology focused on speed and fine details.

With xTool Hybrid Motion, machine movement and galvo mirrors work together to enable engraving speeds of up to 6,000 mm/s.

The RA3 features the MagSwap system, making it possible to switch between different rotary configurations depending on the shape and dimensions of the product.

Material compatibility depends on the selected laser source. The CO2 laser can engrave compatible glass surfaces, for example, while the diode galvo is useful for high-speed detailed engraving on other suitable materials.

Intelligent Conveyor Feeder for Longer Materials

The xTool X1 Intelligent Conveyor Feeder makes it possible to process materials that are longer than the machine's standard working area.

The conveyor feeds material through the X1 in a controlled way, allowing designs to extend across a greater length.

Mobile Work Stand for a Practical Workspace

The xTool X1 is a relatively large machine weighing approximately 60 kg. The included X1 Mobile Work Stand provides a stable support solution.

Its wheeled construction makes it easier to position and move the machine within a workshop, studio or production environment.

The Mobile Work Stand is specifically designed for the X1 and provides a practical foundation for a complete laser setup.

Proper positioning is especially important when using the Intelligent Conveyor Feeder, as sufficient space is required for feeding longer materials into and out of the machine.

SafetyPro AP2 Air Purifier

Laser cutting and engraving can generate fumes, fine particles and odors. Proper extraction and air purification are therefore important.

This All-in-One Bundle includes the xTool SafetyPro AP2 Air Purifier. The system uses multiple filtration stages, including SuperCyclone technology, to help reduce particles and odors in the extracted air.

The AP2 supports a cleaner workspace and is a useful addition for customers installing their X1 in a workshop, studio, school or business environment.

Required air treatment depends on the materials being processed, frequency of use and ventilation of the workspace. An air purifier does not automatically replace other necessary ventilation and safety measures.

Intelligent Camera System and Autofocus

The xTool X1 features the ACS camera system for positioning materials and preparing cutting or engraving tasks.

This system combines:

• An 8MP overview camera

• A 12MP close-up camera

• A ranging camera

• Automatic focusing with laser-based height measurement

The system helps position materials, align designs and measure surface height variations.
