The 40W diode laser cuts and engraves wood, leather, dark acrylic and other compatible materials. The included CMYK Inkjet Module enables colorful printing, while the RA3 Lite Rotary Attachment adds capabilities for personalizing cylindrical objects.

This Deluxe Bundle is particularly suitable for creative businesses, engraving companies, makerspaces and small workshops regularly working with different materials and applications.

What's Included in the xTool M2 40W Deluxe Bundle?

The M2 features interchangeable processing modules. The laser and inkjet modules are used separately.

Not included: the optional 3W infrared module or a separate air purification system.

40W Diode Laser for Powerful Cutting and Engraving

The xTool M2 40W features a powerful blue diode laser for processing various materials.

Compatible materials include:

• Wood, plywood and MDF

• Leather and cork

• Paper and cardboard

• Dark opaque acrylic

• Bamboo and other suitable craft materials

According to xTool, the M2 40W can cut up to 15 mm basswood plywood and 11 mm black acrylic under suitable conditions.

The standard 40W laser working area measures 426 × 312 mm, with a maximum movement speed of 600 mm/s.

This configuration is particularly useful for users who require greater cutting power than the 10W or 20W versions.

A blue diode laser is not suitable for directly cutting transparent acrylic.

Full-Color CMYK Printing

The included CMYK Inkjet Module adds full-color printing capabilities to the M2.

You can print images, illustrations, text and patterns on suitable materials.

Printing results depend on the material, surface finish and processing settings. Some materials may require a compatible primer or coating.

The inkjet module is not designed for directly printing on every material. Smooth, non-absorbent surfaces such as untreated glass and metal typically require different printing technology or surface preparation.

Printing and Cutting in One Machine

A major advantage of the M2 Deluxe Bundle is the ability to combine printing and cutting within one system.

For example, you can print a colorful design and then use the diode laser to cut the desired contour.

To do this, you switch from the inkjet module to the laser module and align the design using camera positioning and xTool Studio.

This creates interesting possibilities for personalized products, packaging, cards, labels and creative decorations.

Only use materials suitable for laser processing. Many conventional vinyl films contain PVC and must not be laser cut.

RA3 Lite Rotary Attachment for Cylindrical Objects

The RA3 Lite Rotary Attachment is the main additional accessory compared with the Color Print & Cut Bundle.

The rotary allows compatible cylindrical objects to rotate during engraving.

Typical applications include:

• Glassware and decorative objects, depending on material compatibility

The rotary enables text, logos and patterns to be engraved around the object's surface.

Please note: the included accessory is the RA3 Lite, specifically designed for the M2. It is not the same as the RA3 Rotary Attachment used with other xTool machines.

The installed laser source determines which materials can be engraved. The standard 40W diode laser can process certain coated surfaces but does not replace a CO2 laser for clear glass or a fiber laser for direct metal engraving.

Dual Cameras for Accurate Positioning

The xTool M2 features an overview camera and a close-up camera for accurate design positioning.

These are useful for cutting printed contours and engraving small text and logos.

The machine supports automatic distance measurement and focusing.

With xTool Studio, you can prepare designs and control the different processing modules.

Integrated Air Assist and Enclosed Design

The xTool M2 includes a built-in air pump for air assist.

During laser cutting, this airflow helps remove smoke and cutting residue from the processing area.

A separate external air assist system is not required.

The enclosed machine includes safety interlocks and is classified as a Class 1 laser device under normal operating conditions.

Suitable fume extraction or air purification remains important, especially when frequently cutting wood, leather and other materials.
