The xTool Selected UV DTF Adhesive Transfer Film allows you to apply prepared UV DTF designs to compatible products. Specially developed for the xTool O1 Omni Printer, this transfer film is used when creating decals with clean contours and decorative foil effects.

Each pack contains 30 pre-cut A3 sheets (297 × 420 mm), providing a convenient format for larger designs and multiple smaller graphics.

This material is particularly useful for businesses producing personalized products, decorative stickers, metallic designs and promotional gifts.

Important: this is a transfer film used during the final stages of the UV DTF process. Designs are first printed onto UV DTF A film. The Adhesive Transfer Film then helps transfer the finished design onto the target product.

What Is UV DTF Adhesive Transfer Film Used For?

UV DTF Adhesive Transfer Film is a specialized material used to transfer a printed and prepared design from A film onto the final object.

It is particularly useful for UV DTF decals where excess adhesive has been removed, as well as stickers featuring metallic or other decorative foil effects.

Designed for the xTool O1 Omni Printer

The xTool Selected UV DTF Adhesive Transfer Film is designed for the UV DTF workflow of the xTool O1 Omni Printer.

The O1 Omni can print designs onto compatible UV DTF A film. With the xTool LM1 Laminator and appropriate additional films, these designs can then be processed into self-adhesive transfers.

The Adhesive Transfer Film is used to move the finished design from the A film onto the target product.

It is therefore a useful consumable for businesses specializing in UV DTF personalization and decorative decals.

A3 Format – 30 Sheets per Pack

Each pack includes 30 individual transfer sheets.

Measuring 297 × 420 mm, the A3 format provides space for larger designs or multiple smaller graphics prepared on one sheet.

With the xTool O1 Omni and compatible materials, you can create metallic accents on logos, lettering and decorative designs.

The workflow typically uses:

• UV DTF A film

• Adhesive Removal Film

• Hot Stamping Foil

• UV DTF Adhesive Transfer Film

• xTool LM1 Laminator

The Adhesive Transfer Film is applied towards the end of the process to transfer the finished design onto the product.

This creates possibilities for premium product labels, personalized gifts, metallic logos and decorative packaging.

Please note: the metallic finish comes from the separate Hot Stamping Foil. The Adhesive Transfer Film itself does not contain a metallic or decorative finish.

How to Use UV DTF Adhesive Transfer Film

Creating UV DTF decals with clean contours or hot-stamping effects involves several stages.

Step 1 – Print the Design onto A Film

Prepare your design in xTool Studio and print it onto compatible UV DTF A film using the xTool O1 Omni.

Select the appropriate material settings for the intended transfer.

Step 2 – Remove Excess Material

Use compatible Adhesive Removal Film and the xTool LM1 Laminator to remove excess adhesive or unwanted material around the printed design.

Step 3 – Add a Foil Effect if Required

For metallic finishes, process the design using suitable Hot Stamping Foil and the LM1 Laminator according to xTool's instructions.

This stage is not required for decals without foil effects.

Step 4 – Apply the Adhesive Transfer Film

Cut a suitable piece of transfer film, remove its release liner and carefully place it onto the prepared A film.

Smooth the film and process it using the LM1 Laminator.

Step 5 – Transfer the Design to the Product

Cut out the prepared design and remove the A film.

Position the transfer on the target product and press it down thoroughly using a suitable scraper.

Carefully peel away the Adhesive Transfer Film.

The design remains on the product surface.

Always follow xTool's official instructions and material-specific settings for the complete process.

A Film vs. B Film vs. Adhesive Transfer Film

Several different UV DTF films are available for the xTool O1 Omni. Each material has a specific purpose.

UV DTF Adhesive Transfer Film is not the same as B Film.

Standard UV DTF decals generally use A Film and B Film.

For decals with cleaned contours and hot-stamping effects, the specialized Adhesive Transfer Film is used during the finishing and application process.

Suitable for Different Products

UV DTF transfers can be applied to many compatible hard surfaces.

These may include glass, ceramics, certain plastics, suitable metal surfaces and coated products.

Examples include:
