More Stable DTF Print Quality

The xTool Internal Humidity Module uses ultrasonic and cold evaporation technology to increase relative humidity in the print zone. This can help make DTF printing more consistent, especially when the printer is used in a dry room.

xTool recommends using the module when the ambient relative humidity is below 50%. When the humidity is above 70%, xTool recommends turning the module off to prevent excessive humidity from affecting print quality.

Easy Refilling with Water Tank

The module includes a removable water tank. During normal use, you do not need to remove the entire module from the printer; the water tank can be refilled separately.

Use clean tap water. If local tap water tends to create scale deposits, treated or softened water can be used. Do not use purified or distilled water, as this may affect the module’s mist output.

Status Indicator for Operation

The status indicator shows whether the module is operating normally, switched off or whether the water tank is empty. This makes it easy to check whether the module is active and whether refilling is needed.

Regular maintenance is important to keep the module working properly. This includes cleaning the inside of the module and replacing filter material according to xTool’s instructions.
