Usage Instructions

• Set the GRIND adjustment of the auto-darkening panel to positions 5–9.

• Adjust the three additional control buttons as required.

• Wear the helmet and use the knobs to adjust it to your head size.

• Adjust the helmet angle for optimal visibility.

Important Notes

• Batteries not included. Users must supply their own batteries (3V button batteries).

• Power Supply: Uses replaceable lithium batteries (requires two 3V button batteries for the auto-darkening function).

• Brightness Adjustment: Laser welding produces fewer sparks and lower brightness than traditional welding. Set the GRIND level to 5–9 to prevent excessive darkening that could reduce visibility.
