xTool xTool MetalFab SaveGas™ Cutting Nozzle Set

This set includes a SaveGas™ cutting nozzle(also called as telescopic cutting nozzle) and 10 ceramic rings for replacement.

 

Cut thick metals such as 4 mm stainless steel, 4 mm aluminum, 3 mm brass with an air pressure of only 87 PSI (0,6 MPa).

 

Must-know notes: The minimum size for cutting patterns of SaveGas™ nozzle is 2,5 mm, and overly intricate designs may not achieve a burr-free cut. Since this is a contact cutting method, it can cause scratches on the metal surface, requiring subsequent polishing and finishing. If you wanna ultra-precise cuts without scratches, please choose the ordinary nozzle.

 

If you want to cut carbon steel or galvanized sheets over 2mm, it is recommended to use the double-layer cutting nozzle and extension tube.
