Training goes beyond basic machine operation. We can also cover the complete workflow, settings, materials, maintenance and your specific application. This gives you the knowledge you need to work independently, safely and efficiently.

Training tailored to your machine and application

No two applications are exactly the same. We therefore tailor each training session as much as possible to the machine, its users and the work you intend to perform.

Depending on the technology, training can include:

• machine operation and daily workflow;
• software and machine settings;
• material selection and applications;
• preparation of files and jobs;
• maintenance and daily checks;
• basic troubleshooting;
• safe machine operation;
• practical testing or a first production run;
• tips for a reliable and efficient workflow.

The goal is not simply to explain where the different functions are, but to help you understand how to use the machine effectively in practice.

Training at our showroom in the Netherlands

Many training sessions can be held at our showroom in IJsselstein. Here we have the space and facilities to demonstrate different machines, materials and applications.

Showroom training is particularly useful when one or more users want to become familiar with a new machine or gain practical experience before implementing it within their own organisation.

If you would like to work with your own files or materials, discuss this with us in advance so we can prepare the training around your application.

Installation and training on-site

For larger or professional systems, on-site training may be the more practical option. The machine is then already in the environment in which it will be used every day, allowing us to relate the training directly to your own workflow.

Depending on the machine and situation, installation and training can be combined. This may include commissioning, software, settings, materials, maintenance and completing the first production jobs.

On-site training is planned in consultation and tailored to the machine, application and number of users.

Training for different technologies

FilRight works with several technologies for digital manufacturing and personalisation. Training is therefore not limited to one brand or type of machine.

Laser machines

Training for laser machines can include material selection, settings, focusing, cutting, engraving, marking, extraction and safe operation. The exact content depends on the type of laser and your application.

3D printing

Training for 3D printers can cover the complete printing workflow, slicing software, materials, settings, maintenance and how to identify and prevent common printing problems.

Print & Transfer

For Print & Transfer, training can focus on workflows for technologies such as UV printing, textile printing or heat transfer. We cover preparation, settings, materials, maintenance and achieving consistent production results.
